Terms of Use.

Using this website.

By using expressplumberwestchester.com you agree to these terms. West Chester Express Plumbing is an independent advertising and referral service, not a plumbing contractor. The pages on this site are general information, and they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who has seen your property.

Emergencies.

If anyone is in danger, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. Do not rely on this website or on a telephone referral in a life-threatening situation.

Providers, prices and availability.

Calls placed through this website are connected to independent local service providers. The provider, not this website, sets prices, decides availability, performs the work, holds any required licenses and registrations, and is responsible for the quality of the work. Any estimate, quote, arrival time or warranty comes from the provider. Please confirm the provider's credentials and get a written quote before work begins.

No warranty on information.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but ordinances, utility reports, fees and standards change. The site is provided as is, without any promise that it is complete, current or suitable for your situation. Confirm details with the municipality, the utility or the provider before relying on them.

Limits of liability.

To the extent the law allows, West Chester Express Plumbing is not liable for damage, loss or injury arising from your use of this website, from a referral, or from work performed by a provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
